Return & Exchange
- Any items purchased during the sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Unless you received them in a poor/broken/damaged condition, please let us know within 48 hours and we will send you a replacement of the same product. In the event of non availability of the product, we will issue you a credit note/refund. You can initiate an exchange here.
- For non sale items, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for a credit note which is valid for a year from the date of issue. We do not offer cash refunds.

- All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
- Wedding apparel sets are non-returnable. You can, however, initiate an exchange for them.
- The following products are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

AT-HOME COLLECTIONYou can request an at-home pick-up for your returns and exchanges here.
A return shipping fee of INR 200 will be deducted from all orders to arrange for your pickups.
AT A NICOBAR STOREYou can return and exchange your items free of charge at any Nicobar store.
Any additional shipping charges or gift wrap/box costs, if paid, will be deducted from the amount of the credit note.
