CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Take off the lid and place the reed sticks into the glass decanter.
Initially, gently flip the reed sticks 2-3 times within the decanter to saturate them with the fragrant oil.
Periodically reverse the ends of the reeds inside the decanter to enhance the even diffusion of fragrance.

Return & Exchange
- Any items purchased during the sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Unless you received them in a poor/broken/damaged condition, please let us know within 48 hours and we will send you a replacement of the same product. In the event of non availability of the product, we will issue you a credit note/refund. You can initiate an exchange here.
- For non sale items, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for a credit note which is valid for a year from the date of issue. We do not offer cash refunds.

- All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
- Wedding apparel sets are non-returnable. You can, however, initiate an exchange for them.
