Any items purchased during the sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Unless you received them in a poor/broken/damaged condition, please let us know within 48 hours and we will send you a replacement of the same product. In the event of non availability of the product, we will issue you a credit note/refund. You can initiate an exchange here.
For non sale items, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for a credit note which is valid for a year from the date of issue. We do not offer cash refunds.

You can return and exchange your items free of charge at any Nicobar store.

Any additional shipping charges or gift wrap/box costs, if paid, will be deducted from the amount of the credit note.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Wedding apparel sets are non-returnable. You can, however, initiate an exchange for them.
