DESCRIPTION
  • Rajesh Pratap Singh set out to make a shirt that carries itself quietly. The Marten is what that looks like.
  • 100% cotton denim chambray in grey. Light in weight, soft in hand, woven with a fine twill that breathes through the day and holds its line on the body.
  • The reference is the bundi vest from the desert, translated into a shirt made for modern wear. Signature hand stitching and faggoting details run through, the making made visible.
  • Selvedge tape running the full length of the centre back spine. Selvedge is a woven-closed edge, the cleanest finish a seam can have. Applied here to the most structural seam in the shirt. The collaboration mnemonic logo embroidered at the front side panel.
  • Regular fit. Day to evening. Part of the RPS x Nicobar SS26 collection. Named for the marten, light and sure-footed through the wild.
